Cautions 注 意 事 项
I. No special requirements for the installation of this product, it shall be put in dry places; adjust and fix the four ground leveling screws at the bottom of this machine to make the machine stable upon work.
II. Check whether the pressing claw presses the material hopper tightly before trial, for avoiding damage on the machine caused by loose of material hopper. The material hopper pressing claw can be tightened when the handle is turned clockwise, and be loosened in reverse.
III. Feeding and picking of material samples shall be carried out when the machine fully stops.
IV. The sample(s) shall be dried beforehand if the water content is high, for avoiding the impact on comminuting fineness caused by sticking on the material hopper. Generally, the drier the sample, the better the comminuting effect.
V. When comminute the sample(s) which is(are) finer than 200um, solvent(s) such as alcohol material etc can be added into the sample(s), and mixed comminuting can be carried out or extending the comminuting time.
VI. The sample better be put between the impact ring and material box, for avoiding choking of the impact block(s) which may influence the fineness.
一、本产品安装无特殊要求，放在干燥处；工作时将本机底部的四个地面调平螺丝固定调到使本机放稳即可。
二、试机前应检查压爪是否压紧料钵，以免料钵松动，损坏机件，料钵压爪松紧把手顺时针方向为紧，逆时针方向为松。
三、投取料样应待本机停稳后进行。
四、如试样含水率高，应预先烘干，以免粘料钵，影响粉碎细度。一般料样愈干，粉碎效果愈好。
五、如需粉碎比200目更细样品，可在料样中添加酒料等溶剂，进行混式粉碎或延长粉碎时间。
六、料样应尽量投放在击环与料盒之内，以免哽死击块，影响细度
