It is applicable for the cultivation and preservation of mould, microorganism, antibiotics and tissue cells; plant cultivation, breeding tests, research of enzyme and enzyme engineering. It is also a special purpose equipment for the preservation and test of biological products, bacterins, blood and various specimens.

1. The inner chamber is made of mirror finish stainless steel, with four semi-round corners which are easy for cleaning; the distance between the shelves in the cabinet is adjustable.

Product installation and debugging 产品安装调试
1. Do not force the glass during transportation; do not impact the body of cabinet either. Upside-down or slanting over 45° is forbidden.
2. This equipment shall be placed stably on the ground when it is unloaded, the ground shall be modified if it is not even.
3. Please do not use this instrument in the places with direct sunshine, high temperature or moisture. The ambient temperature shall be kept between 10-30℃.
4. This instrument shall keep away from electromagnetic interference source(s), and the instrument shall be grounded properly and effectively.
5. When this instrument works normally, the placement of the material in the cabinet shall not influence the air circulation, for ensuring the air circulation and the temperature evenness in the cabinet.
6. The power supply is AC 220V 50HZ, the 10A 3-pole socket must be applied, and with reliable grounding, no 2-pole socket can be used without authority.
7. The power line shall not be close to the back, do not put the instrument or other materials on the power line either, for avoiding damage on the power line.
1、运输中注意不要在玻璃上用力，也不要碰撞箱体。禁止倒置与大于45°的斜放。
2、本设备落地后，应放置平稳如地面不平应予以修正。
3、请不要在阳光直射或高温潮湿的地方使用仪器，使用环境温度保持在 10-30℃。
4、本设备应远离电磁干扰源，并应将设备的接地线有效接地。
5、本设备在正常运行时，箱内载物摆放应不影响空气流通以保证箱内空气流通、温度均匀。
6、电源为AC 220V50HZ，必须使用10A三芯插座，并有可靠接地线，不得擅自使用二芯插座。
7、电源线不要紧靠后面，也不要让仪器或其他物品压在电源线上，以免损伤电源线
Operation instructions to the product 产品使用说明
1. Open the door of the cabinet, put the material which will be treated onto the shelf, and close the door.
2. Connect the power supply, insert the 3-pole plug into the socket, turn the power switch on the panel to “On”, at this moment, the instrument will display digits, which means that the instrument is in the status of work.
3. Set the desired temperature in the cabinet by operating the temperature controller on the operation panel.“RT+5℃”。
Please set the refrigerating shift switch at “RT+5℃” when the set temperature is more than 5℃ higher than the ambient temperature. (See the rear pages for detailed operation of temperature controller)
4. The instrument starts to work, the temperature in the cabinet reaches the set degree gradually, and the treatment will be completed after the required treatment period.
5. Shut off the power supply, open the door of the cabinet and take out the material when the temperature in the cabinet is close to the ambient temperature.
1、打开箱门，将待处理物件放入箱内搁板上，关上箱门。
2、接通电源，将三芯插头插入电源插座，将面板上的电源开关置于“开”的位置，此时仪表出现数字显示，表示设备进入工作状态。
3、通过操作控制面板上的温度控制器，设定您所须要的箱内温度
当设定温度大于环境温度5℃以上，请将制冷转换开关置于
“RT+5℃”。（温度控制器详细操作说明见后页。）
4、仪器开始工作，箱内温度逐渐达到设定值，经过所需的处理时间后，处理工作完成。
5、关闭电源，待箱内温度接近环境温度后，打开箱门，取出物件
Cautions 注意事项
1. No combustible or volatile chemical materials are allowed to be put in the cabinet.
2. If there is abnormity, odor, smog etc during the operation, please turn off the power supply immediately, the user shall not repair it blindly. The repair department of our company shall be informed immediately, and professional personnel will be sent for repair.
3. The surfaces of the inner of the cabinet and the instrument shall be wiped frequently for cleanness, and the transparency of glass can be kept well. Please do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions.
4. The equipment shall be treated for moisture elimination when it is suspended, the specific process is as follows:
Empty the water in the water tray at the bottom of the cabinet, set the temperature at 42℃, run for 5 hours, and open the door once every two hours for releasing the moisture, then unplug the power supply and store when the treatment is completed.
5. The power shall be disconnected when the equipment will be suspended for a long time, for avoiding physical injuries. And it shall run for 2-3 days according to the operation conditions regularly (generally every quarter), for eliminating the moisture in the electric appliance, avoiding the damage on components.
1、可燃性和挥发性的化学物品切勿放入箱内。
2、如在使用过程中出现异常、气味、烟雾等情况，请立即关闭电源，用户切勿盲目修理，应通知本公司修理部，由专业人员查看修理。
3、箱壁内胆和设备表面要经常檫拭，以保持清洁，增加玻璃的透明度。请勿用酸、碱或其它腐蚀性溶液来檫拭外表面。
4、设备停机不用时应做驱潮处理，具体方法如下：
将箱内底部接水盘的水倒掉，将温度设定在42℃，运行5小时，并每隔二小时开一次箱门放掉潮气，处理完毕后拔掉电源插头存放。
5、设备长期不用，应拔掉电源线以防止设备损伤人。并应定期（一般一季度）按使用条件运行2-3天，以驱除电器部分的潮气，避免损坏有关器件
