Summary of structure 结构概述
The outer plate of the cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel sheet, paint baked surface; the inner is made of stainless steel, the middle layer adopts polyester as thermal insulation, and it is equipped with constant temperature controller, electric heater.
箱外壳用冷轧钢板，表面烘漆，内胆采用不锈钢制成，中层用聚胺脂隔热，并装有恒温控制器，电热器。
Main parts 主要零部件
1. The heat constant temperature controller adopts inconel and brass tube as heat sensor, which is installed under the partition in the cabinet. It is immersed directly in the water for fast heat transmission and high sensitivity.
2. The electrical heating tube is made of U shaped steel tube, sintered magnesia and heating wire. It is immersed directly in the water for preventing heat loss.
1．热恒温控制器，采用因钢和黄铜管为感热元件，装置于箱内室之隔板下，直接浸在水里传热快、灵敏度高。
2．电热管用U型钢管，烧结氧化镁和电热丝制成，直接浸在水里热能损耗少。
Operation instructions 使用方法：
1. Warm water must be added upon operation, which can shorten the heating time and save the electricity consumption.
2. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is lit, which means the power is connected.
3. Set the instrument to the desired temperature, the heating indicator light is lit, which means the power of electrical heating tube is connected and it starts to heat. When the reading on the thermometer reaches the desired temperature, wait for a few minutes, then the automatic constant temperature control will work.
4. The scale on the constant temperature controller is for contrast temperature indication only; it is not a designator temperature scale.
1．使用时必须加入温水能缩短加热时间和节约用电。
2．开上电源开关，电源指示灯亮表示电源接通。
3．将仪表设定到所需要的温度，加热指示灯亮表示电热管之电源 接通加热，当温度表上之温度到达所需使用之温度时，稍待数分钟后，既性自动恒温控制。
4．恒温控制器之刻度，仅作温度对照指示，并非温度批示刻度
Cautions 注意事项
1. The outer plate of the cabinet must be grounded properly.
2. Please do not turn on the power switch before adding water, for avoiding burn of the wire of electric heating tube.
3. Please do not disassemble the board at the right side unnecessarily, for the sake of safety.
1．箱外壳必须有效接地。
2．在未加水之前，切勿开上电源，以防电热管之热丝烧毁。
3．非必要时请勿拆开右侧之差板以策安全。
Maintenance and repair维护修理：
1. The power supply shall be cut off after operation.
2. The interior and exterior of the cabinet shall be cleaned regularly.
3. When it is discovered that the designator light does not work, firstly, switch off the power supply, unplug it, disassemble the board at the right side, if the fuse or indicator bulb is damaged, it can be renewed by the item with same specification.
4. If the constant temperature control does not work well, it means the sensor on the controller is damaged, and it shall be renewed.
1．使用完毕应将电源关断。
2．箱内外应经常保持整洁。
3．如发现批示灯不亮，先将电源关断，拔下插扑将右侧之插板拆开，如保险丝或指示灯泡损坏，可用同规格更换之。
4．如遇恒温控制失灵，说明控制器上之传感器失灵，调换后即可使用
