一．Purpose 用 途
The electrothermal constant temperature air circulation drying oven is for the laboratories of the units such as scientific research, specialty universities and colleges, industrial and mining enterprises etc to test or produce, including the application of drying, solidifying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing etc.
电热恒温鼓风干燥箱供科研单位、专业院校、工矿企业等单位的实验室、化验室作各种试验、以及生产现场：如干燥、固化、烘烤、熔蜡、及消毒等应用。
二．Structure 结 构
The body of the oven is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, finished with electrostatic powder spraying; the coat is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance.
The working chamber is made of high quality stainless steel sheet, with round corner modeling which is smooth, fluent, and easy to clean.
Superfine glass wool thermal insulation material is filled between the body of oven and the working chamber, which is with nice heat preservation. It can ensure effectively the stability, accuracy of the temperature in the oven as well as the impact on environment.
The observation window on the door is made of double-layer tempered glass, the material heated in the oven can be observed clearly, meanwhile, the thermal insulation is well.
Reasonable hot air circulation channel is designed in the oven, so that the temperature distribution in the oven is more even, and the temperature rises faster; it is also equipped with adjustable air outlet, for adjusting the inlet and outlet air volume of the oven. If the gas ejected from the oven is with odor or poison, other pipe(s) can be easily connected to the air outlet for ejecting such gas to the designated place.
The temperature control is fabricated by microcomputer intelligent digital technology, which is with the functions of industrial PID self-adjustment and four-digit double LED windows indication, the temperature control is accurate with strong anti-jamming ability. And the operation is also convenient (please see the Operation manual of temperature controller for details).
箱体采用优质冷轧钢板，表面静电粉末喷涂，涂层坚硬牢固，具有极强的防锈能力。
工作室为优质不锈钢板，圆角造型、光滑、流畅、极易清洁。
箱体与工作室之间，充填超细玻璃棉隔热材料，具有良好的保温功能，有效保证箱内温度的稳定准确和对使用环境的影响。
箱门观察窗为双层钢化玻璃结构，能清晰观察箱内加熱的物品，又有良好的隔热效果。
箱内设计有合理的热风循环通道，使箱内温度分布更加均匀、温度上升更快；并装有可调节的出风管，用以调节箱内进出空气量。如箱内排出的气体有异味或有毒，出风管能方便的另接管道将气体排至指定地点。
温度控制采用微电脑智能数字技术制造，具有工业PID自整定和四位双LED窗指示功能，控温精度高、抗干扰能力极强，并且操作也非常方便（详情见温控仪操作手册）。

四、 Product installation and debugging 产品安装调试
1. Do not force the glass during transportation; do not impact the body of oven either.
2. This equipment shall be placed stably on the ground when it is unloaded, the ground shall be modified if it is not even.
3. Please do not use this instrument in the places with direct sunshine, high temperature or moisture.
4. This instrument shall keep away from electromagnetic interference source(s), and the instrument shall be grounded properly and effectively.
5. When this instrument works normally, the placement of the material in the oven shall not influence the air circulation, for the evenness of temperature in the oven.
6. The power supply is AC 220V 50HZ, 3-pole socket which is 16A or above must be applied, and with reliable grounding, no 2-pole socket can be used without authority.
7. The power line shall not be close to the back, do not put the instrument or other materials on the power line, for avoiding damage on the power line.
1、运输中注意不要在玻璃上用力，也不要碰撞箱体。
2、本设备落地后，应放置平稳如地面不平应予以修正。
3、请不要在阳光直射或高温潮湿的地方使用仪器。
4、本设备应远离电磁干扰源，并应将设备的接地线有效接地。
5、本设备在正常运行时，箱内载物摆放应不影响空气流通以保证箱内温度均匀。
6、电源为AC 220V 50HZ，必须使用16A以上三芯插座，并有可靠接地线，不得擅自使用二芯插座。
7、电源线不要紧靠后面，也不要让仪器或其他物品压在电源线上，以免损伤电源线。
五、Operation instructions to the product 产品使用说明
1. Open the door of the oven, put the material which will be treated on the shelf, and close the door.
2. Connect the power supply, insert the 3-pole plug into the socket, turn the power switch at the right of the panel to “On”, at this moment, the instrument will display digits, which means that the instrument is in the status of work.
3. Set the desired temperature in the oven by operating the temperature controller on the operation panel.
4. The instrument starts to work, the temperature in the oven reaches the set degree gradually, and the treatment will be completed after the required drying period.
5. Shut off the power supply, open the door of the oven and take out the material when the temperature in the oven is close to the ambient temperature.
Caution: Please pay attention to the temperature in the oven when you open the door and take out the material, for avoiding scald.
1、打开箱门，将待处理物件放入箱内搁板上，关上箱门。
2、接通电源，将三芯插头插入电源插座，将面板右方的电源开关置于“开”的位置，此时仪表出现数字显示，表示设备进入工作状态。
3、通过操作控制面板上的温度控制器，设定您所须要的箱内温度。
4、仪器开始工作，箱内温度逐渐达到设定值，经过所需的干燥处理时间后，处理工作完成。
5、关闭电源，待箱内温度接近环境温度后，打开箱门，取出物件。
【！】请注意：开门取物时注意箱内温度，以免烫伤
◆ Special notice 特别提示
(1) The products are tested strictly before leaving the factory, generally, no correction is needed. If the environment is adverse or the ambient temperature exceeds the proper range upon application, an error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature in the oven may be produced, if it is beyond the range of technical index, it can be corrected according to the requirements by referring to the operation instructions of temperature controller.
(2) When the instrument is working normally, if the door is opened for a long time, the temperature in the oven may be changed temporarily when the door is closed again, this is normal.
(3) Caution for testing: the thermometer for testing inside the oven shall be mercury thermometer with accuracy of 0.1, and the mercury ball shall be put at the geometric center of the oven.
⑴ 产品出厂前都经过严格的测试，一般不要进行修正，如使用时的环境恶劣，环境温度超出适宜范围，会引起温度显示值与箱内实际温度误差，如超出技术指标范围的，可以参照温度控制器操作说明按所需进行修正。
⑵ 仪器在正常工作状态下，如打开箱门时间过长，关上箱门后暂时箱内温度有些变动，这是正常现象。
⑶ 测试注意：箱内测试所用温度计要用0.1精度的水银温度计，并将水银端放在箱内几何中心位置。
六、Cautions 注意事项
1. No combustible or volatile chemical materials are allowed to be put in the oven.
2. If there is abnormity, odor, smog during the operation, please turn off the power supply immediately, the user shall not repair it blindly. The repair department of our company shall be informed immediately, and professional personnel will be sent for repair.
3. The surfaces of the inner of the oven and the instrument shall be wiped frequently for cleanness, and the transparency of glass can be kept well. Please do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions.
4. The power shall be disconnected when the equipment will be suspended for a long time, for avoiding physical injuries. And it shall run for 2-3 days according to the operation conditions regularly (generally every quarter), for eliminating the moisture in the electric appliance, avoiding the damage on components.
1、可燃性和挥发性的化学物品切勿放入箱内。
2、如在使用过程中出现异常、气味、烟雾等情况，请立即关闭电源，用户切勿盲目修理，应通知本公司修理部，由专业人员查看修理。
3、箱壁内胆和设备表面要经常擦拭，以保持清洁，增加玻璃的透明度。请勿用酸、碱或其它腐蚀性溶液来擦拭外表面。
4、设备长期不用，应拔掉电源线以防止设备损伤人。并应定期（一般一季度）按使用条件运行2-3天，以驱除电器部分的潮气，避免损坏有关器件 |
