一． Purpose 用 途
This Forced Convection Drying Oven is suitable for the production enterprises such as electronics, electric, instrument, material, semi-conductor etc to dry, bake and carry out heat treatment tests on the non-combustible, non-explosive goods; for the scientific research of the units including schools, medication, foods and chemical industry etc as well as drying, baking, sterilizing, heat preserving and carrying out heat treatment tests on the non-combustible, non-explosive goods; especially suitable for the drying and aging during the production process of LED, LCD, quartz crystal, capacitor and resistor etc which require high constant temperature precision and reliability.
The CS101 series forced air convection drying oven adopts the methods such as forced blast, reasonable allocation of high performance heating components and scientific distribution of hot air convection holes, which make the temperature in the oven as even as possible. When it is in the best conditions, the evenness of each point in the available space in the oven can be as high as ±1℃, which can compare with the drying ovens made in Japan, Taiwan and Germany etc.
The CS101 series is a product of new generation; it adopts the latest digital display instrument for temperature measurement, so the temperature control is easy, accurate, clear and obvious.

二． Structure 结 构
The drying oven is made of thin steel sheets; fiberglass is inserted between the working chamber and outer plate of the oven as thermal insulation. There is a glass window in the center of the door for observing the working chamber. The instrument adopts high performance heater which heats from the top and both sides, then the heat will be forced to convect by fan(s). All the electric devices are installed in the upper part of the oven. The electric heater is installed on the interior working chamber of the oven, and it is divided into two sets, namely “Low temperature” and “High temperature”, and there is an indicator light indicating the heating. It means that the electric heater is working when the light is lit, and the heating is stopped when the light is off.
干燥箱由薄钢板构成，工作室与箱体外壳间以玻璃纤维作保温层材料。箱门中间有一玻璃窗，以供观察工作室内之情况。
仪器采用高性能发热器从上部及两侧发热，再由风机强制对流送热，全部电器设备均安装于箱体上部。电热器装于箱体内工作室上，共分二组，即“低温档”“高温档”，并有指示灯指示加热工作，灯亮表示电热器工作，灯灭表示加热停止。

四、 Operation and cautions 使用和注意事项
1. When the power is connected, the 2 sets of heating switches can be turned on, and then set the desired temperature by pressing the keys on the control instrument. The indicator light is lit, the switch of fan shall be turned on as soon as the instrument is warm, so that the heat produced can be forced to convect through the air channel.
2. When the temperature rises to the desired level, the indicator light will be off. The temperature may still rise when the constant temperature just begins; this is because of the waste heat. It will be stable in about half an hour. During the constant temperature process, the temperature will be controlled automatically by the temperature controller in the oven, without manual operation.
3. One set of heating switches can be turned off while one set of electric heaters is left for working when the temperature is constant, for avoiding over-power which may affect the sensitivity of constant temperature.
4. The oven shall be put in a leveled place indoor.
5. A knife switch with iron shell shall be installed in the power supply line, which is exclusively for this oven, and the outer plate shall be grounded for safety.
6. The electric appliance performance of this oven shall be checked prior to power connection, and be cautious whether there is open circuit or leakage.
7. When everything is OK, the sample(s) can be put in; close the door of the oven and switch on the blast, then the power can be connected at this moment for work.
8. The top cover cannot be removed arbitrarily, the power connection cannot be disturbed or altered either. The top cover can be demounted only when the oven goes wrong, check it step by step along the power connection. Please contact our factory when there is major failure.
9. This oven is not an explosion-proof drying oven; therefore the materials which are combustible or volatile must not be put into this drying oven, for preventing explosion.
10. Each unit of the drying oven is attached with two sample shelves. The average load of each shelf is 15kg. The samples shall not be put over crowded or overloaded for the sake of hot air convection.
1。 接上电源后，即可开启2组加热开关，再将控制仪表的按键设置你所需要的温度即可。指示灯亮，仪器加温后即应打开风机开关，使其热量往风道强制对流。
2。当温度升到所需的温度时，指示灯灭。刚开始恒温时可能会出现温度继续上升，此乃余热影响，此现象约半小时左右会趋于稳定。在恒温过程中，借助箱内控温器自动控温，不用人工管理。
3。恒温时可关闭一组加热开关，只留一组电热器工作，以免功率过大，影响恒温的灵敏度。
4。该箱应放在室内水平处。
5。应在供电线路中安装铁壳的闸刀开关一只，供此箱专用，并将外壳接地。以保证使用安全。
6。通电前请检查本箱的电器性能，并应注意是否有断路或漏电现象。
7。待一切准备就绪，可放入试品，关上箱门同时打开鼓风开关，此时即可接上电源开始工作。
8。不可任意卸下顶盖，扰乱或改变线路，唯当该箱发生故障时可卸下顶盖，按线路逐一检查。如有重大故障时，可与本厂联系。
9。此箱为非防爆干燥箱，故带有易燃挥发物品，切勿放入干燥箱内，以免发生爆炸。
10。每台干燥箱附有试品搁板两块。搁板每块平均负荷为15公斤，放置试品时切勿过密与超载，以免影响热空气对流。
