Purpose　用 途
The highest working temperature of type HS704 digital display welding wire oven is 500℃. It is suitable for baking, drying oven on heat treatment or other heating. And it is also a regular instrument in laboratories.

The working temperature of the oven can be from the room temperature to the highest temperature, a working temperature can be selected randomly within this range. After the selection, the temperature can be kept constant by the automatic controlling system in the oven.

In the working chamber of type HS704 welding wire oven, it makes convection by the specific gravity of the cold and hot air, thus makes the temperature in the chamber even.

The structure of this oven is precise, the temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and the operation is easy. It is suitable for industrial mining and the scientific research units of universities and colleges etc.

The type HS704 digital display welding wire oven adopts the latest digital display instrument for temperature measuring, and the temperature control is sensitive, accurate and clear.

HS704型数显电焊条烘箱最高工作温度为500℃。它适用于烘焙、干燥箱热处理或其他加热用，也是实验室常备仪器。
烘箱之工作温度可由室温至最高温度止，在此范围内可任意选定工作温度，选定后可借箱内自动控制系统使温度恒温。
HS704型电焊条烘箱工作室内借冷热空气之比重动向促成对流，使室内温度均匀。

Structure 　结 构
The oven is made of thin steel sheets, fiberglass is inserted between the working chamber and outer plate of the oven as thermal insulation, there is a seal ring embedded in the door.

The cold air in the working chamber can convent if the exhaust valve on top of the oven is open, the temperature is controlled constant automatically by digital display instrument. All the electric appliances are installed in the control layer at the side of oven. The control layer has a side door which can be demounted, for inspection or wire repair.

The electric heater is installed in the working chamber of the oven, at left, right and bottom; it is totally divided into two sets, namely “Low temperature”, “High temperature”. And there is an indicator light; it means the electric heater is working if the light is lit, and the heating is stopped if the light is off.

烘箱由薄钢板构成，工作室与箱体外壳间以玻璃纤维作保温材料、门面镶有密封圈。
开启箱顶排气阀可使工作室温之冷空气得以对流交换，温度控制采用数字显示仪表自动恒温调节。全部电气操纵设备均装于箱侧控制层内。控制层有侧门可以卸下，以备检查或修理线时用。
电热器装于箱体内工作室左、右、底部共分二组，即“低温档”、“高温档”，并有指示灯加热工作，灯亮表示电热器工作，灯灭表示加热停止

Cautions:　注意事项：

1. When the power is connected, the 2 sets of heating switches can be turned on, at this moment the temperature in the oven starts to rise, the indicator light is lit.

2. Regarding the HS704 welding wire oven, when the temperature rises to the desired degree, the temperature may still rise when the constant temperature just begins, this is because of the waste heat. It will be stable in about half an hour. During the constant temperature process, the temperature will be controlled automatically by the temperature controller in the oven, without manual operation.

3. Regarding the type HS704 welding wire oven, when the above mentioned preparation is ready, turn the switch on the panel of the digital display instrument to the desired working temperature (observe the instrument display), then the work may start.

4. One set of heating switches can be turned off while one set of electric heaters is left for working when the temperature is constant, for avoiding over-power which may affect the sensitivity of constant temperature.

5. The outer door can be opened when you want to observe the testing material in the working chamber. But it’s better not to open the door of oven frequently, for the sake of constant temperature.

6. The oven shall be put in a leveled place indoor.

7. A knife switch with iron shell shall be installed in the power supply line, which is exclusively for this oven, and the outer plate shall be grounded.

8. The electric performance of this oven shall be checked prior to power connection, and be cautious whether there is short-circuit or leakage.

9. When everything is OK, the sample(s) can be put in, close the door of the oven, and turn on the exhaust valve, the spacing is about 10m/m.

10. The connection cannot be disturbed or altered. The side door can be demounted only when the oven goes wrong, check it step by step along the connection. Please contact our factory when there is major failure.

11. This oven is not an explosion-proof drying oven, therefore the materials which are combustible or volatile must not be put into this drying oven, for preventing explosion.

12. Each unit of the drying oven is attached with two sample shelves. The average load of shelf is 15kg. The samples shall not be put over crowded or overloaded for the sake of cold and hot air convection. Meanwhile, no samples can be put on the radiator plate at the bottom of the working chamber, for avoiding overheat which may damage the samples.

1、接上电源后，即可开启2组加热开关，此时箱内开始升温，指示灯亮。
2、HS704电焊条烘箱当温度升至所需温度时，刚开始恒温时很可能出现温度仍继续上升，此乃余热影响，此现象约半小时左右即会处于稳定，在恒温过程中，借助箱内控温器自动控温，勿要人工管理。
3、HS704型电焊条烘箱做好上述准备后，将数显仪表面板的开关拨向设定所需工作温度（观察仪表显示）。就可进行工作。
4、恒温时，可关闭一组加热开关，只留一组电热器工作。以免功率过大，影响恒温灵敏度。
5、欲观察工作室试品情况，可开启外门。但箱门以不常开启为宜，以免影响恒温。
6、该箱应放在室内水平处。
7、应在供电线路中安装铁壳闸刀开关一只，供此箱专用，并将外壳接地。
8、通电前，先检查本箱的电气性能，并应注意是否有短路或漏电现象。
9、待一切准备就绪，可放入试品，关上箱门，同时旋开排气阀，空隙约10m/m左右。
10、不可扰乱或改变线路，唯当该箱发生故障时可卸下侧门，按线路逐一检查。如有重大故障时，可与本厂联系。
11、此箱为非防爆干燥箱，故带有易燃挥发物品，切勿放入烘箱内，以免发生爆炸。
12、每台干燥箱附有试品搁板两块。搁板的平均负荷为15公斤，放置试品时切勿过密与超载，以免影响冷热空气对流。同时在工作室底部散热板上不能放置试品以防过热损坏试品
