The Salt spray test corrosion chamber is a kind of salt spray corrosion test equipment which artificially simulates the climatic environment of sea; it examines the adaptability and reliability of electrical equipment, electric components under the conditions of maritime climate. It is also applicable to the anticorrosion judgment of galvanization, painting and coating of metal cover, as well as the speedy corrosion test for examining, differentiating the metal materials. The design and manufacture of this product follow the national standard GB10587 Technical Specifications of Salt Spray Test Chamber. The samples can be tested by relevant salt spray tests according to the national standard GB2423-17 Basic Environmental Test Regulation Test of Electrical, Electric Products Ka; Salt Spray Test Method and IEC68-2-11 The Part 2 of Basic Environmental Test Regulation; Test Ka: Salt Spray etc.
Product characteristics
1. The Salt spray test chamber is made of polyester glass fiber, formed by dies; the appearance is smooth and beautiful, and with the characteristics such as nice anticorrosion, light weight and high strength etc.
2. The product is with a device which can control and adjust the sedimentation volume of salt spray, thus makes the salt spray test meet the standard.
3. The electric spray control adopts touch key(s), which is(are) with better sense of operation and high sensitivity. Intelligent digital display instrument is adopted for temperature control, the display is clear, and over-temperature alarm device is available.
4. Two modes of salt spray are available for user’s selection: continuous spray and periodical spray. When the spray time and stop time of the periodical spray controller are set, it can work automatically, the operation is easy and convenient.
